I have overall 9 years of work experience now (almost a decade 😄). The journey has been quite varied and interesting. Let me try and summarise for you in as few words as possible.

Currently, I am handling content marketing at NextLeap, an ed-tech platform for professionals to accelerate their career growth. At NextLeap, we believe that learning is effective when it is social, hands-on and continuous. On that principle, we are building a university-like virtual learning community for professionals.

Prior to this, I was leading content for Flipkart Ideas, a video-first content-led commerce platform aimed at improving product discovery and engaging customers with content across categories from fashion and beauty to home and lifestyle; from mobiles and gadgets to photography and fitness. In this strategic role, I managed content planning, acquisition, moderation, publishing, merchandising, and marketing.

Before that, I led the catalogue and content merchandising team for Activities & Hotels at Cleartrip. Previous to this I handled content planning and production for Fashion & Lifestyle at Flipkart. This was my first role that involved fashion styling, planning and managing photoshoots. Tons of learning in two and a half years in this role.

And, lastly from where it all started.

After finishing my masters in Fashion Management, I worked in offline retail at Splash, a landmark group brand. And, after finishing my graduation in Fashion Design, like all fashion students want to, I also worked as a designer with a Designer Label, Raakesh Agarvwal.
